  • "My brother and I were traveling from Wisconsin to West Virginia. After we did the Tail of the dragon, I noticed my front tire needed to be replaced.

    Since I needed to get a new front tire, and my brother decided to replace his rear tire at the same time. We went to Alcoa Good Times for new tires.

    Alcoa Good Times Parts and Service department was able to supply us with tires.
    We removed the tires from the bikes and their service department mounted and balanced the new tires.

    After we installed the new tires on the bikes, we found we did not have a torque wrench.
    Their Service Technician (Kevin) went the extra mile and torqued the bolts to specification.

    We received excellent service. Alcoa Good Times personnel went above and beyond to help us get back on the road.

  • "Ran the tires off my Concours 14 on a recent tour of Tn. Paul was great. Had the tires I needed in stock and made arrangements to have them installed in about 2 hours. Got to hang out with him, Dave and Brian while the work was being done, and got suggestions for numerous route upgrades on roads that weren't even on the map, or were shown as scenic routes but really aren't. People like these 3 guys are what makes motorcycling so special. Above and beyond.Thank you."

  • "I broke down 400 miles from home, after calling everyone I could find a local shop who couldn't help me told to
    call these guys. Had to have my bike towed an hour to get there, so they knew they had me over the barrel, instead of gouging me, they it fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and made me a priority because I was traveling. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, Riley, and the whole crew in the service department. A++++++ all the way around. My Uncle, who was with me keeps saying "I wish there was a ace like that around me" . You guys are the best!!!!"

  • "I purchased a 2021 Ural Gear Up in Aug last year. Having accumulated 7k+ miles, the tires had seen better days. The Ural dealer in Nashville shipped the tires to me. (cheaper than driving to Nashville) I brought the wheels to Good Times around noon on Wednesday and they were ready to pick up by 4 pm!

  • "My R1200R was having rough idle in a middle of a road trip. Alcoa Good Times was 20 miles away and their service department agreed to diagnose the problem without delay. Kevin, who was very knowledgeable, quickly figured out the issue and fixed the bike. The tires were also worn out and I had Kevin install a new set as well. Great service!"

  • "I just wanted to tell you what a great experience I had today when I brought my Can Am spyder in for service. Chris and Paul took me in as soon as I arrived.They explained to me the work that needed to be done and the approximate time it would take. While the work was being performed, I waited in the customer lounge area. While there, the sales reps. took the time to talk with me and show me the new 2014 spyder models. Everyone I encountered today was both accommodating and professional. I was very well pleased with the care my service rep. took while completing the maintenance and look forward to returning when service is needed on my spyder."
