  • "I just wanted to tell you what a great experience I had today when I brought my Can Am spyder in for service. Chris and Paul took me in as soon as I arrived.They explained to me the work that needed to be done and the approximate time it would take. While the work was being performed, I waited in the customer lounge area. While there, the sales reps. took the time to talk with me and show me the new 2014 spyder models. Everyone I encountered today was both accommodating and professional. I was very well pleased with the care my service rep. took while completing the maintenance and look forward to returning when service is needed on my spyder."

The service manager (Chris) was very accommodating and got me fixed and wrapped up before I even got home. I couldn't be happier with the service. A dealer really needs to have a great service department and AGT certainly does. Anyone can sell you one of these toys but it's the customer service after the sale that really counts.   • "I have been dealing with Charlie at Alcoa Good Times for over 17 years and during that period I purchased 3 Motorcycles and 3 jet skis. My last purchase was a $70K Harris Float boat with a 250 Pro Mercury and Shore land trailer. I have yet to be disappointed by the customer service provided by his friendly staff in parts and service. As a long distance motorcyclist I have had extensive service performed at this dealership and have never had to return it because it was not serviced correctly. Everything from tires and Batteries to standard engine service has been performed correctly and the bikes were always returned cleaner than when I brought them in for service. Any work on the equipment I purchased was followed up by a complete and detailed bill and description of the work by the service manager. I have never been disappointed when dealing with Alcoa Good Times. Charlie and staff always keeps me rolling and that is why I will always shop at this dealership.   • "I had a very minor fender bender while on vacation in Alcoa, with my Spyder. Actually the guy hit my trailer, and broke the tail light and left side fender off it. We got to AGT and they took it in right away and fixed my trailer for me in no time flat! We were there to see a good friend to begin with, but to go above and beyond and fix a minor trailer fender bender for me was going that extra mile in kindness :-) I highly recommend going to this place, even if your not buying anything, the atmosphere is so relaxed and the personnel there are so friendly and knowledgeable, and I taught someone something new (wink). Very clean, very bright, and overall a very hands on dealership with a heart. Thank you everyone :-)"

I had a coolant leak and they were able to get me in, fixed and on the road the next day. This happened late in the day, one of the mechanics stayed late to fix the problem. They gave me a ride to a motel in Alcoa and picked me up the next morning and I was on my way. Thanks again Andrew and Jeremy."

Derek the service manager heard the story as he was doing his end of day routine. I had my tires in about an hour. Fair price, great customer service. Couldn't ask for more. Saved our trip.
